Dispatch & Delivery
Dispatch time estimates are displayed for most items on our site. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery charges for available delivery options which you can choose. For some delivery services, estimated time periods may be displayed and are relative to the dispatch date.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout initially by weight. Due to certain size & weight restrictions for some delivery methods, we may change the delivery service prior to dispatch - for example, there is a maximum length for parcels sent by Recorded Delivery. In any case, we would not make extra charges if we change your delivery method after we have accepted your order.
For weight-based delivery charges, weights may be rounded up to the nearest tenth of a kilogram, to reflect the policies of delivery service providers.

All of our delivery methods require a signature - if you require delivery on a specific day, please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can arrange this for you.
UK Courier Delivery - Normally delivered the next working day after dispatch, but can take up to five working days - our courier option is by far the best value for large and / or heavy items.
International Delivery Information
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please note that some international destinations can have extended delivery times, please allow at least one month from order placement to delivery, although actual delivery times are usually much quicker.
14 Day Return
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, you may cancel an order within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund.
Defective Item Return
If an item was faulty or defective when you received it, you may return the item for repair or replacement (or a refund if repair or replacement is unavailable). Please notify us immediately of any damages.
If you received the wrong item or we made a mistake with your order, please contact us so we can correct the problem.
To return an item, please use our Online Returns Form, which will guide you through the process.
If a return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we'll pay the return shipping costs; otherwise, return shipping will be paid for by you. This is also the case for goods damaged during use by the customer.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of cancellation or return; however, in most cases you will receive a refund sooner.
We are unable to offer refunds or returns on mouth blown calls due to hygiene reasons.

You do not have to open an account with us to place an order, although account holders do benefit from our fantastic loyalty rewards scheme, where every £1.00 you spend earns you 1 reward point, to be redeemed as discount against future orders.
